Dude Night Episode 15: The All-Stone Show

Yeah, we don't pimp 'em hard enough. And since their
10th Anniversary is going down next weekend, we
figured we go yet another step further and do a show
where we drink nothing but Stone Brew. Clarke seems
just a bit peeved that we've been "sponsored" by Stone
Brewing all this time, and haven't received a single
thing from them yet. What's up with that?

In this episode, we drink:

• Ruination IPA
• Vertical Epic 06.06.06
• Smoked Porter
• Arrogant Bastard

Also:

• (this just in) Anheuser Busch still sucks ass
• Round 2 of Chugga-Lugga-Ding-Dong
• Hog Dawg's real name appears on the Stone Wall
bottle (buy a bottle and try to find it)
• Clarke might be gay
• Blaming your farts on your pets
• If you were stuck on an island and had to live with
only 5 beers, which would you choose?

Download Episode 15 here.

Cheers!

That's more than I needed to know about beer. You guys are official beer geeks.

Nice show. Loved the Stone talk.

Great show again guys. I haven't had a lot of the Stone beers just the arrogant bastard. I'll have to look for the others you mentioned. Gonzo almost beat Clark in Chugga Lugga DingDong! That was great.

Really good show, guys. I haven't had the Stone Wall. Was that a limited release beer? The beer quiz game was a bit too intense for me. I knew maybe 3 of those questions.

Thanks for your comments, guys.

Gulliver: Those were Dawg's questions. I made the questions for the first round, a few episodes ago. Mine were easy compared to the zingers he wrote.

Seymour: You can certainly get Stone pretty much anywhere in the US. Where do you live? I can send you a distributor list and you can give them a call. They can tell you which stores carry it. You owe it to yourself to try some Stone.

and Artie: The Stone Wall is a limited release as far as I know. Dawg knows more about it than I do. Hopefully, he'll chime in here with more info on it. We almost opened it that day, but we talked him out of it. Sorry Dawg's game stumped you. Join the fucking club.

Thanks Dawg, I'll check it out. Are you sure you guys don't work for Stone? Seems every show's got Stone on it.

Great show! Loved this round of Chugga-Lugga.

We have a St. Arnold's Brewery here in Houston that we used to hold corporate events at back in the dot com era. Great brewhouse...don't know enough about beer to be able to recommend their brew though. Tasted good to me!

Might as well send you the link to the brewery in case you can find any near you...I remember the Amber specifically...but that's just because that's the keg they bought for the party.

I wonder if I can get you some somehow?

I did have the vertical epic and thought it was really good. Tasted Belgian to me. Does Stone do many Belgians? I don't think they do.
