Season 2 :: Episode 6 :: Mountain Men
In our first of several episodes from our new studio on Big Bear Mountain, we celebrate our manliness by riding mountain bikes all weekend, drinking home brew, and watching hockey. Clarke discusses a mishap regarding his man jewelry, Gonso and Hog Dawg fill us in on their recent visit to Seattle, and we drink the last living bottle of Dude Night IPA that we brewed in our "How To Brew" video last August.

Man, lots of feel good moments in that show. You can keep Seattle though, other then beer and coffee and fresh fish, the place is a dismal wasteland of gray rainy days. The movie quotes were excellent - I probably would've gotten a 6 or 7 with no competition, a 0 with you guys in the competition. The crack about doing a helles after Gons had just said that cracked me up. Too funny. I do like lagers but they take a long time to finish. You have to be very patient on those.

Thanks Rick. Yeah, I don't know if I'll ever do a lager either. You have to be exceptionally skilled and patient, and I'm not ready for that kind of pressure.

That movie game was tough. I listened to it on my way home and kept going *DOH*. I ended up with 7 before I stopped counting. I can't believe it took you guys so long on Spaceballs. SHEESH!

Good to hear you guys again. Never been to the big bear mountain. You wanna see the mountains, you should go to the Adirondacks here in upstate NY. Sounds like a fun time you guys had.
So did Clarke's wife freak out on him when he lost his ring, or did you find it?
Movie quotes were great. I suck at that game. I got two of those. You watch too much television.
Good show. I like that song a lot. It was on Michael Moore's movie I think.
Spider-Man 3 was pretty good, I thought. Never saw 300, so I'll have to wait for the DVD when it comes out. The movie quote game was pretty hard, but cool too.
Where is Big Bear mountains? Is that near Mammoth?

Good stuff. You sound like you've been friends for a long time. How did everything go when you told your wife about the ring? It sounds like you were in for a world of hurt. Whichever of you said "Boss" when said he hadn't told his wife was so right. That made me laugh pretty good.
Yet another awesome show guys. I didn't get a single one in the movie game. The wedding ring story put the fear in me because I have come close to losing mine a few times. Thanks for the shout out!

The ring story went well, actually. I told her and she was cool with it. She was just glad I didn't do anything stupid. I lost it once before in the ocean, and ended up diving for it in close to 70 feet of water. That was genuinely stupid, and I ended up getting injured that time. She was glad it wasn't a repeat performance.
I think Dawg said "Boss" for the record. It's not like that here, but I know some households where that certainly rings true. :-)

Finally got a chance to listen to this show guys, top notch shit! Thanks for the suicide quote shout out! (kill yerself!) I would SO suck at the movie quote game, maybe its my hatred of Hollywood that makes me that way.
Aw Sickpuppy, Hollywood is like that misunderstood cousin you see on occasion. Fun to visit once in a while but anything more and there would be death and carnage!
