The Ducks are playoff bound!
We're back! With a 4-2 victory over the Vancouver Canucks tonight, my Anaheim Ducks have qualified for the 2006 Stanley Cup playoffs. And this time, we're not falling short of the cup. If you can't recall what happened the last time we made it, read about it here.
Anyone who knows me knows my passion for this sport, and for my team. And this time, we won't be denied. We've got Sellane in prime form, the old Jiggy's back, and we've got Niedermayer (one of the reasons game 7 of the Finals didn't go our way last time), and best of all -- we've got the monkey off of our back.
First round opponent will most likely be Nashville, led by that traitor Paul Kariya. From there, we'll probably get a chance to exact revenge on Dallas, then Detroit. I won't say it'll be easy for the team - they're all tough opponents. But that game 7 left a nasty taste in our mouths, and we want revenge.

Fuck hockey. When's the next dude night coming out?
No worries, Frank. A new episode produced by Hog Dawg will be released this weekend. It's a Chili Extraveganza, and it's as painful to hear as it was to actually be there. Stay tuned, it'll be online shortly.

OK, so I thought for sure we'd win that first game against the Flames in OT. No need to worry -- it's only one game.
Not that any of you give a rat's ass, obviously.
Series tied at 1 a piece, and we're bringing back here to Anaheim. Prepare to watch the Flames go up in flames.
